Ramere secondary school kapahaka reginals

Te roopu Manaaki

On Friday 5th of July 2013 k3 went to the events centure. Sitting down on the grand stands waiting for my sister group Te roopu Manaaki !!!!!!!.

The boys in the group Te roopu Manaaki were my favorite  in the haka. The actions that the boys  done in the haka were strong and straight up and the reo that came out of their waha was outstanding it made me want to get up and do the haka with them. But if I did get up  and tried to do the haka I would be making a fool of myself  but all the pukana were up to standed.

The kotiro of the group Te roopu Manaaki had good harmony in the poi. All the actions the girls did with their poi  were all in line and together. Their takahia was at the same time.

Comparing Te roopu Manaaki with John Paul colloge. Te roopu Manaaki were the ones that open there there waha while they were singing their waiata and haka, you could hear the words clearly. Comparing the singing with John Paul colloge they wernt really that great. When John Paul colloge were performing their takahia and wiriwiri were lazy, but for a Christian school knowing maori songs is really good. All they needed to fix is their takahia and wiriwiri and they need to work harder.
